Who we are

ReqFit is a product developed by CASM Labs Ltd, a company being incorporated in England and Wales. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to CASM Labs Ltd.

ReqFit is an AI-powered proposal review tool. This website (reqfit.com) is currently a coming soon page collecting expressions of interest ahead of launch.

What data we collect and why

At this stage, the only personal data we collect is via the waitlist signup form on this page. Specifically:

• Your email address, so we can notify you when ReqFit launches.
• The date and time you submitted the form, to record when consent was given.
• Basic information about how you found us (for example, whether you arrived directly or via a link), to help us understand where interest is coming from.

We collect this data on the basis of your consent. You provided that consent by ticking the checkbox on the signup form before submitting your email address.

We do not collect any other personal data at this stage. We do not use cookies on this page beyond those strictly necessary for the page to function.

How we store and process your data

Your email address and associated signup data is stored securely by Loops (loops.so), the email platform we use to manage our waitlist and send launch communications. Loops is a US-based service. By submitting your email, you agree to your data being transferred to and stored on Loops' servers. Loops processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be found at loops.so/privacy.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) as part of delivering this page to you. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with any party other than those named above.

What we will use your email for

We will use your email address only to:

• Send you a confirmation that you have joined the waitlist.
• Keep you informed about ReqFit's progress ahead of launch.
• Notify you when ReqFit becomes available.

We will not send you unrelated marketing or share your email with advertisers.

How long we keep your data

We will keep your email address on our waitlist until you unsubscribe, or until we have no further legitimate reason to hold it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will remove you from the waitlist immediately.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

CASM Labs Ltd is in the process of registering with the ICO as a data controller. Our ICO registration number will be published here once confirmed.
